Every piece available is great quality and made of various environmentally friendly metals. However it is very important to treat each piece with love and care to keep it looking its best as the time goes on. 

In order to maintain your jewelry pieces quality and integrity we highly recommend that jewelry be removed before exercising, bathing and swimming. Put on your jewelry after applying lotions, oils and perfumes as these products contain chemicals that may tarnish or damage your jewelry's finish.

Clean and store away jewelry pieces after each use. Wipe down with soft cloth for a longer lasting shine. Best if stored in an airtight, soft lined jewelry box or soft pouch to prevent tangling, tarnishing and scratches.
 
Please do not use any kind of jewelry cleaning or polishing products.

Can I get my jewelry wet?
Yes, you can get most jewelry in our collections wet, but it is not recommended. There is no immediate damage, but over time this may deteriorate your jewelry's finish. If you do get it wet be sure to wipe clean after. Most collection pieces are made of stainless steel, gold plated, gold filled or sterling silver and are made to withstand use in water. Please read product description for details. Any copper or alloy plated pieces will get tarnished when wet.  

Application:
1. Gently remove your lash from the lash tray using a pair of tweezers (or fingers).
2. Set the lash against your eyelid to compare lengths and make sure they fit properly. If they are too long, trim the outer end to match your eye size.
3. Use the adhesive of your choice

Maintenance:
SylvieBaby Minks are known for their incredible durability and quality. With the proper care, they can be used up to 30x. Below are some tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your lashes:
• Use tweezers to remove excess glue from the band after each wear.
• Gently wash strips with cleanser or baby shampooAlways remember to store them in their original case after each use. This will help maintain their shape.

• Do not wear lashes longer than 24 hours nor sleep in them.
• Avoid MASCARA. Waterproof mascara is especially damaging to mink lashes. IF mascara is necessary, apply a thin layer only to your real lashes before application.
• Avoid any oil or oil-based products on the lash band.
• If your lashes seem to be losing shape, you can gently wiggle both ends back and forth to restore the natural shape.

How long are shipping times?

Processing Orders are 3-5 business days, and then can take up to 5-7 Business Days to arrive. 

My Shipping Days are Every Tuesday and Saturday.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic some shipping times have been extended due to delays within USPS.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout & handling fee will be added for all orders within the United States.

All Shipping Time Frames are based on your timezone and efficiency of your local post office.
